Your login details will be the same as Dealer Gateway, however, should you require new credentials, please click here
By selecting 'Forgot your password? 'and entering your username followed by clicking send email.
The number of pages you see is according to your access.
Hover over Vehicles on your dashboard and click Vehicle Editor
Hover over vehicles on your dashboard and click on load vehicles. You will be taken to a new screen where you can fill in the vehicle's details and save the vehicle.
Click on the vehicle editor. From there, click into a vehicle and scroll down once opened. Click Download Photos and all images will download in a zip file.
Hover over vehicles on your dashboard and click on MM Lookup, you will be taken to a new screen in which you can fill in the vehicle's details. Once all details have been filled in the M&M code will automatically populate.
Hover over vehicles on your dashboard and click on prices reduced. You will then be taken to a new screen that will display all vehicles that have had their prices reduced
Hover over Vehicles and select Spec ID Required
Hover over Leads on your dashboard and click Leads List
By simply hovering over leads on your dashboard and clicking on input lead, you will be taken to a new screen where you can fill in the details of the lead and save the lead.
You can view these leads by hovering over leads and then clicking on dormant leads (leads not touched for 7 days)
Hover over leads on your dashboard and click on My Leads. Go to the lead you would like to create a ToDo for and click the edit button on the far right. Then add the ToDo details and save.
Hover over leads on your dashboard and click on leads list or my leads.
Hover over leads on your dashboard and select leads summary.
Hover over vehicles and click into vehicle editor. Proceed to edit the vehicle you want to send as an e-brochure, scroll down and click on download e-brochure.
Hover over Vehicles and click on vehicle editor, and proceed to edit the vehicle you want to send as an e-brochure. From there, scroll down and click on email e-brochure. Fill in the required info and send. Don't forget to include an image by selecting the checkbox.
