Ruan's role within Amplify360 has undergone a redefinition, now exclusively centered around client relations. His responsibilities will now primarily revolve around conducting client visits, addressing inquiries regarding billing, marketing materials, case studies, and related matters. With a primary objective of enhancing client satisfaction and spearheading business development efforts, Ruan will no longer be involved in staff-related issues.
