These qualities were put under a spotlight at the recent Suzuki SASACON 2025, where iX was invited to present a workshop centred around three real-world dealer scenarios, illustrating key marketing challenges and the opportunities that follow.

The 4th annual SASACON Dealer Marketing Conference was held from Wednesday, the 19th, to Thursday, the 20th of November 2025 in Johannesburg. Designed for dealer marketing representatives who work directly on Suzuki brand marketing initiatives, the event featured a variety of constructive sessions from an array of speakers.

As a part of the lineup, iX Key Account Manager, Rita Smith and Lightstone Head: Industry Insights, Melissa van Rensburg conducted an incredibly informative workshop highlighting three dealer types: The Newcomer, The Momentum Builder and the Market Leader. 

These case studies took the audience on a journey across different dealership realities, displaying scalable strategies that can move a dealer from “entry-level presence” to “digital
excellence”. Supporting the presentation, the iX team came together to develop a compelling presentation made up of key elements and engaging video content.
