She holds a Multimedia and Design Technology Certificate with 7 years experience as a Customer Care Consultant in a call center environment within the banking and rewards sectors. Outside of work, Thulile enjoys reading, watching movies, and meditating, showcasing her diverse interests and commitment to personal growth and well-being.
